Genuinely having the worst experience with hard jewelry when I’ve loved them for a while now, I ordered the catacomb hoops and one of them the latch mechanism is not working, I’ve spoken to customer support and they take absolutely forever to respond I was told I could get a replacement now I’m told it’s not available and now no one is responding to me, I’m so disappointed because it feels like half the jewelry I spent my money on I can’t even wear, this makes me never want to purchase from them again unfortunately.
So freaking hard🤘
